What does a LifeStyle Coach do? 

Well, they assist YOU in…

  1. Examining, and changing bad HABITS.
  2. Adjusting ATTITUDES and MINDSETS.
  3. Becoming more familiar with your PERSONAL taste.
  4. Creating HEALTHY Relationships.
  5. Identifying what ECONOMIC situation supports your lifestyle.

So here’s how the programs works for you…

All five LifeStyle points are separate programs. I take each point and work with you on a detailed plan that is specific to your needs and goals. This can be done in one-on-one coaching sessions with follow ups or in six week group sessions with one on-one-correspondence of your choice during those six weeks.

If you opt out and decide to follow along from the sidelines, it’s OK. Perhaps, you’re not totally ready to make a full commitment.

But, keep in mind that each clarity point is just the beginning of your journey. So, taking the information above is a start; but, diving into each point is a must in order to have long-lasting results.

Finally, and most importantly… my job is to keep you accountable.
